KEEP THE FAITH, NATION!!!!!

(Yep, that's me, up on the Monster for last Thursday's game!) 'Twas an anniverary present from my husband, it could be the MOST AWESOME gift EVER! thank you, Jim!!!
JUST A QUICK NOTE TO WISH THE SOX WELL TONITE, AS THEY TAKE ON THE ANGELS OF ANAHEIM.
The national press is not being very kind to our boys. I admit injuries are numerous and the Angels appear to have our number this year, with the Sox going 1-8 against them this year. But this is the postseason, people, and all logic is out the door...
I dont think about things like Bucky $#!$@! Dent these days, I think about the Bloody Sock, and being down 0-3 against the Yankees in 2004, but winning it all just the same. It was illogical then, and we can certainly be illogical now. That is why I love this sport so much. Look at it all on paper, and you think you know it all, but in the end, you might as well just burn the damn paper, because until the final out there are NO GUARANTEES!
Here are some predictions for ROUND 1 by those sports writers whose work I enjoy, as taken from Boston.com:
Boston Globe: Dan Shaughnessy and Adam Kilgore pick the Angels in five, while Bob Ryan, Nick Cafardo, and Tony Massarotti pick the Angels in four. Amalie Benjamin picks the Red Sox to win in five.

Tim Kurkijan, ESPN: Angels in five.
CBS Sports staff: Danny Knobler, Eric Mack, Scott Miller, and Adriane Rosen all pick the Angels in 5.

Yahoo! sports staff: Tim Brown predicts an Angels sweep, Jeff Passan picks Angels in four, and Gordon Edes likes the Angels in five. Steve Henson is the lone staff member going with the Red Sox, picking Boston to win in five.

Mike Phillips, Miami Herald: Angels in five.
Vegas Insider: Angels in four.
Amalie Benjamin seems to be the only homer on this list, picking the Sox in 5. She will either be deemed a genius, or an idiot. Hmmm... any bets?
